The Station is run by a butchers family stretching back four generations whose vision is to serve the very best dry-aged meats and provide Shropshire with a unique dining experience. Set within the beautiful hills of South Shropshire, The Station allows diners to combine dining with authentic butchery, which we're sure you'll love.
We're proud to offer you our premium dry-aged beef, which is matured in our dry-ageing cabinet for 28 days. Our beef is grass-fed and sourced locally from Hereford and Angus cattle. Dry-aged beef is particularly renowned for its distinct flavour and is best enjoyed when cooked no more than medium rare.
